2026-2027 Winter Youth Season

Join us this winter for wrestling fundamentals, technique, competition, and fun! This program is open to boys and girls in grades K–8, and no prior wrestling experience is required.

Our youth wrestling season is a great opportunity for beginners to learn the sport while helping experienced wrestlers continue to develop their skills. Participants will learn fundamental techniques, improve strength and conditioning, build confidence, and develop sportsmanship in a positive, supportive environment.

Your Questions, Answered

  • For K-3 wrestlers, practice will be from 6:30 - 7:45 PM. For grades 4-8 wrestlers, practice will be from 6:30 - 8:00 PM. from 6:30 - 8:00 pm.

  • Yes! Parents are welcome to sit on the side to watch their wrestler or they may drop off and pick up at the end.

  • All practices will be in the Beachside High School cafeteria. You may drop off your wrestler at the gate in the bus loop.

  • All wrestlers should wear athletic shorts, a comfortable t-shirt, and wrestling shoes.
