Join us this summer for wrestling fundamentals, technique, and fun! This camp is open to boys and girls in grades K through 8 — no experience needed.
Wrestling camp is a great opportunity for beginners to be introduced to the sport, while also helping experienced wrestlers further develop their skills. Participants will learn basic techniques, improve strength and conditioning, build confidence, and most importantly, have fun in a supportive environment.
